High Frequency Welded Finned Tube (HF Welded Fin Tube) is an advanced heat transfer product designed for high-efficiency thermal applications. This model uses ASTM A269 TP321 stainless steel as the base tube and carbon steel as the fin material. The high-frequency welding process creates a strong, continuous metallurgical bond between the base tube and fins, delivering excellent heat transfer performance and long-term durability.

  • Base Tube: ASTM A269 TP321 seamless or welded stainless steel tube, providing excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength.
  • Fins: Carbon steel (CS) fins helically wound around the base tube.
  • High Frequency Welding Process: The fins are continuously welded to the base tube using high-frequency resistance welding, ensuring a solid, low-resistance thermal bond without filler metal. This technology offers higher fin density and better mechanical strength compared to traditional embedded or extruded fin tubes.
