Unlike hybrid fin tubes that pair dissimilar metals, this series adopts unified UNS S32100 stainless steel for both high-frequency welded (HFW) base tube and solid integral fins, eliminating differential thermal expansion gaps and galvanic corrosion risks during long-cycle high-temperature operation.
The base tube strictly complies with ASTM A269 standard covering welded austenitic stainless tubing for high-temperature service, while the continuous solid SS321 fins are helically high-frequency fusion-welded onto the tube outer wall. The solid fin structure delivers far superior heat transfer efficiency compared to serrated fin tubes, with minimized airflow pressure drop and stable thermal output under continuous thermal cycling from 425°C up to 870°C.
